Masterclass - ODA – How to Build a User Journey/Solution Using ODA Components/APIs/eTOM

The ODA from TM Forum is a decades long development to enable not only faster solution delivery at lower risk, but mostly to address the need for systems to integrate at deeper levels at lower cost.

The TM Forum ODA approach is a combination of conceptual to implementation architecture to bring the entire enterprise’s systems together. We start with the business, it processes, move to the systems view to include the information and functions we need. We then define how to exchange data using the Open APIs, pooling those interfaces to specify procurable ODA Components, and then we implement these upon a universal platform, the ODA Canvas. Each step on the way dives deeper, and in so doing, efficiently navigates the complexity of solving real business problems.
