Ben is a Telco and IT leader with nearly 30 years of global experience, having worked in five countries in roles across General Management, Business Development, Operations, and R&D.

He currently leads the Customer and Product Technology portfolio at nbn (National Broadband Network Australia), overseeing programs that enables industry to connect customers to high-speed internet. Ben is responsible for the integration of customer, product, OSS, and network technologies to provide end to end capabilities for Retail Service Providers. He began his career as a software engineer.
