A strategic technology leader with more than two decades of experience in software engineering and enterprise systems, Naveen specializes in designing and delivering robust Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS) that drive business performance and scalability.

Throughout his career, Naveen has led large-scale transformations to implement cost-efficient billing and finance solutions across the telecommunications, satellite, and enterprise technology sectors. At Iridium, he is leading the modernization of the company’s B/OSS ecosystem—consolidating, standardizing, and optimizing applications to enhance operational efficiency and partner integration. His vision focuses on delivering seamless connectivity experiences for Iridium’s global partners across land, maritime, and aviation markets through standardized, open API integrations.

Naveen is also driving key automation and AI/ML initiatives to streamline processes, reduce operational overhead, and empower teams with intelligent tools that improve productivity and customer experience.
