Neeraj Vyas is with Ericsson since 2012, and currently heading BSS and OSS domains for South East Asia, Oceania and India, which includes OSS and BSS solutions across Revenue Management, Customer Experience and Analytics, Network management, Cloud and Orchestration.

He is an accomplished Practice Leader with over two and a half decades of experience across IT & Telecom industry. He brings deep expertise in strategy and solutions for Digital Transformation of Telco’s Operations management and monetization capabilities with 5G.

Prior to joining Ericsson, he was the global head of Business Systems & Managed Services at Aricent Technologies. He has also worked at Siemens Information Systems Ltd and CMC Ltd. across India, US and Europe in various roles.

Neeraj is an alumni of IIT Roorkee & IIT Delhi from where he did his B.Tech and Management Studies.
