Ping Ng leads Singtel’s AI Architecture & Solution department within AIDA (AI & Analytics), driving the group’s transformation toward an AI-led telco. He spearheads the design and implementation of a centralized AI platform, unifying environments, tooling and governance to enable enterprise-scale AI adoption across different domains.

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, data and ML platform development, Ng Ping has led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data and AI solutions in network analytics, business intelligence, and predictive maintenance. His work continues to advance the use of AI and data in transforming telco operations and accelerating Singtel’s journey toward autonomous and agentic intelligence.
